Commissioned artwork is to be used for personal use only (ex. art collection, printing for yourself [no profits], posted on social media with proper credit to artist)
commissioner is not permitted to edit, modify, redistribute, make merch, claim credit, or use for advertising without explicit permission
commissioner is not permitted to recolour, trace, vector, or change overall appearance of final drawing unless permission is granted
after receiving finished commission (this includes corrections of any mistakes) the transaction is over and you are not permitted to ask for a refund
any cancellations without a legitimate reason (to my judgment) may or may not receive a refund. if a suitable reason for cancellation is given, I will refund the payment minus any work already completed and send the unfinished drawing
